Our Vintage Wholesale Grading System

A (Excellent Condition)

  • Very minimal wear, might have slight signs of age.
  • No major stains or holes, but minor fading or light fraying or pull may be present.
  • Functional buttons, zippers, and seams.
  • Ideal for resale in vintage shops and online marketplaces.

B (Good Condition)

  • Noticeable vintage wear, such as slight fading, minor pilling, or fraying.
  • Small imperfections (tiny stains, minor repairs, or loose seams).
  • Still stylish and wearable, often sought after for authentic vintage aesthetics.
  • Common for thrift stores and budget-conscious buyers.

C (Fair Condition)

  • Heavier wear, including visible fading, distress, or stains.
  • Possible missing buttons, broken zippers, or minor holes that can be repaired.
  • Good for upcycling, reworking, or DIY projects.
  • Often used for festival fashion or distressed vintage looks.

D (Repurpose / Rework Grade)

  • Major flaws, such as large holes, heavy stains, or fabric damage.
  • Not suitable for direct resale, but can be repurposed into new garments, accessories, or fabric-based projects.
  • Popular among designers and rework artists.
